Registration Policies:
Pre-registration is required. Whether attending in-person or via Zoom, general registration is $100 and discounted registration is $50 (Discounted registration is available to government and non-profit employees, students, retirees, and low-income individuals).
While both in-person attendance and live webstreaming are free for employees of our Sponsor organizations, registration is required. Free in-person registration for Sponsors is limited due to the size of the venue. If you are an employee of one of our Sponsors, please check with your organization before registering for in-person attendance to make sure they are not oversubscribed.
Foley Hoag LLP requires all visitors to the building be fully vaccinated and boosted. By registering to attend in person, you are affirming you are fully vaccinated and have received a booster shot. Face mask might be required in the common areas of the building, so please bring one just in case.
Note: livestreaming on Zoom and on-demand viewing of the video are separate products not included when registering to attend in-person.
Cancelation policy:
Tickets are non-transferable. If you have registered but won't be able to attend, please let us know ASAP so we can allow someone from the waiting list to take your place.
Normally, refunds are issued up to 72 hours prior to the event. However, if you have registered for this event and any of the following applies: you have tested positive for COVID-19; you are waiting for COVID-19 test results; you have COVID-19 symptoms; or you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for, or who has symptoms of COVID-19, please cancel your registration without penalty (we will issue a refund).
